2021 Full bloom orchard

This is our fourth vintage of our estate grown cider. The apples are Organic and Biodynamically grown and are an orchard field blend. The cider is savory and tannic.

Tasting Notes: Aromas of white flowers and fresh cut grass. Flavors are briny like olives.

Pairings: Tapenade, Thai Food (not too spicy) and dishes with Thai basi
