2022 GOLDWIN

Dry and still. It is a blend of Golden Russet and Baldwin apples. Leaning on ages of winemaking tradition this is a blend of two American heirloom apple varieties indigenous to the Northeast.

Tasting Notes: Papaya, underripe strawberry, beeswax, citrus pith, creamy mouthfeel. Aromas of vanilla.

Pairings: Rosemary roasted chicken, roasted cauliflower with curry spices, chimichurri
