The cider region of Northern Spain - specifically in Asturias and the Basque region - is well-known for its astounding cider culinary traditions. In April of 2019 Steve and Rachel of South Hill Cider travelled there and were awash in revelatory food and cider experiences. Since then they have vowed to try and bring some of that home with them!
Spain is known for their high quality ingredients; olive oil, olives, cheeses, seafood and meats.
