Cider Week Dinner! With Rachel and Laura of the Cheese Course

The Cheese Course returns for their 3rd annual Cider Week FLX cheese dinner at South Hill Cider!

Friday 10/9 6:30 - 8:30 pm

We have a nice tent set up for safe pandemic-era dinner service with a beautiful view of the orchard and Cayuga Valley!

Join us for a celebration of Cider Week in the Finger Lakes. This year The Cheese Course cheese chefs, Laura Sutter & Rachel Freier invite pastry chef and Tasting Room manager Sara May to join in on the creative menu process of cooking with cheese and cider. The theme is WINTER IS COMING! Let's embrace cheese as the comforting food it is meant to be and get ready for winter! We will celebrate winter alpine traditions of cheese with our own creative twists paired of course with South Hill Ciders. Not all cheeses are created equal and when it comes to warm and melty comfort food, alpine cheeses are the best.

In order to help us offer a safe dining experience with proper social distancing and precautions we do request that you limit your party size to 4. Reservations must be made in full with # of guests in your party. Seating is limited and there will be no add on seats allowed after reservation.Please note we do require you wear your mask to the dinner and in between courses to allow our staff to serve you safely.
