Rescheduled from 10/3: We will walk the orchard, taste cider with paired bites and chat about it's inspiration and how it came to be. Steve planted this estate orchard in 2014 for cidermaking. It is organically and biodynamically managed and has a beautiful view across the Cayuga Lake inley valley. A tasting, expertly paired with small bites, will follow the walk and we will taste with the orchardist/cidermaker. This is a special event for Cider Week.
