To celebrate Cider Week come join us to taste cider from 7 local FLX cidermakers! Join us for live music, great food and taste the ferments that make the FLX an industry leader in quality cider! Meet the producers who will pour their ciders and chat cider! 

Special guest table:

Dr. Greg Peck’s cider apple research lab at Cornell University will showcase the diversity of cider apples that can be grown in New York. Visit their table to learn about cider apple fruit quality and flavors. While you’re there,  Dr. Peck’s grad students will challenge you with apple and cider trivia questions!
