To celebrate Cider Week come join us to taste cider from New York cidermakers! Listen to live music, fill up on great food and taste the ferments of some of the best New York cideries! Meet the producers who will pour their ciders and chat with them about all things apples and cider!
A full list of cideries that will be there is coming soon, so far Black Diamond, NY Cider Company, Redbyrd Orchard Cider, Metal House, Lake Drum Brewing, Grisamore Cider Works, Red Hammer Orchard & Cider Co., The Peck Lab from Cornell University and South Hill Cider (of course!) We will update as the list grows!
Special Guest Table:
Visit with members of Greg Peck’s lab in Cornell’s College of Agriculture and Life Science to learn about on-going research projects intended to increase the production and quality of hard cider in New York.
Pop-up Gumbo tent by South Hill Cider, and we will have our farm to table menu available all day.
FLX Flatbread will be here 5-8pm with wood-fired pizza.
Cost $14 includes to taste ciders from the all of the producers plus a logo glass. Tickets will also be available to purchase onsite.
