2020 perry

A beautiful and elegant world-class Perry. Traditional method and fermented all the way to dryness. Bottled 'brut nature' with no dosage but with a natural perceived sweetness.

The three pear varieties in this bottle are traditional Swiss Perry pears located by Peter Hoover, a wild pear from an ancient 50-foot-tall pear tree in the Finger Lakes National Forest, and Seckel pears from a nearby orchard.

Tasting Notes: vanilla, melon, petrichor, grapefruit pith, anise, fine creamy bubbles, bone dry with a sweet finish
