Port-style cider. An apple apertif/digestif from Apple brandy blended with unfiltered juice during the fermentation process. During months of aging, it naturally clarifies to an amber liquid of exquisite character.
Tasting notes: Golden color, aromas of caramel, honey. Rich, warming with a touch of fennel accenting its velvety sweetness.
Pairings: cheese, especially Blue, and as a sweetener in cocktails.
