PORTERS PERFECTION
Traditional/methode champenoise. The apple variety Porters Perfection originated in the 18th century in Somerset, England. Now planted into our cider orchards, it produces a cider with mouth-watering acidity and mildly astringent yet supple finish. This single variety dry, sparkling cider is uninoculated and fermented with wild microbes.
Tasting Notes: Forest floor, garden after the rain, creek bed, lime pith, ripe pineapple, crisp and tart.
Pairings: pork tenderloin, roast chicken and salty cheese
